It was a busy day in the diner where Perry works. Truckers sat alongside the back end, women with their laptops or cellphones scattered throughout the diner along with their husbands or business partners. In the back behind the waitresses getting the orders be put up and taking the food was Perry, wearing a black tee shirt and dark blue jeans with an apron over his clothes, placing up one plate while going to make another. He had some music playing-"Time" by Culture Club, on a radio near the stove. He loves cooking even to music since it helps him cook and also at the same time make it fun. After one another he cooked up one meal after another meal. Sure it could be a hassle but he wouldn't trade this for anything else in the world. He looked down at his watch after he paused from making spaghetti. With a nod he went back to work and once soon the spaghetti was done he stopped and set the plate up then took off his apron. "Hey Charles," he called out to the second cook standing beside him fixing up a meal, "would you be okay back here?" "Of course," Charles, a balden black man with a goatee said, "you're taking your break?" "Yep." "Awesome." "I'll be back." "Oh no problem take as long as you want." "Thanks." He smiled gave his friend a pat on the shoulder then headed out to one of the boothes to sit down. Along the way he helped himself to a plate with a burger and fries that was nearby-his lunch for later on which was now.

Arabella pulled her black Taurus into a parking spot at the diner, turning off the ignition she put the keyes in her purse and sighed. Pulling the hood of her jacket over her head she stepped out into the near constant drizzle of forks, dashing inside quickly. Once in the dry building she took off her jacket, and made her way to the counter. Placing her jacket on the back of the chair. Arabella grabbed a menu and began looking it over not sure what to get. A loud grumble escaped her stomach and she flushed red. "shhh" she grumbled back. Looking around at the other people in the diner. Someone came and asked what she wanted to drink and she quickly told them coke. Still unsure what to have for food. When the person came back with her coke she sighed. "Uh...I guess can I get a double bacon cheeseburger with fries?" she said softly.
Looking over she saw a cute guy near by. Pretty eyes and brown hair. Giving him a small smile. "I've only eaten here a few times. Are there burgers any good or am I getting myself into trouble?" she asked gently.
